If paying by mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

You may pay your bill in person at our office. We accept cash, check, debit, credit or money orders.

Customers can now call a 24/7 phone line to pay their bill. To do so please have your Book and Account number.

 Customers that pay by card will be encouraged to use the new system to pay online. Our customers that pay by check can chose to pay online, mail payments, or use the drop box at our location at 527 U Rd Arthurdale WV 26520.
