At Preston County PSD 1, our goal is to provide safe, clean, drinking water to all of our residents. PSD1 has been serving Arthudale and the surrounding areas since the 70s. We are located on U RD in the back of Arthudale. Our main water source is Deckers Creek Impoundment #1
